Online Payments & Bank Transfer

  • We accept GCash, Maya, bank deposits and online bank transfers. 
  • After payment has been made, email a copy of your transaction, send us a proof of payment at our Facebook or Instagram page for payment verification.

Credit and Debit Cards

  • We accept credit and debit card payments via Maya & Paymongo. 
  • For credit and debit cards, we accept VISA and Mastercard. Payment is secure by the partners in charge of transactions.

Cash on delivery

  • We accept COD payments in select areas only.

All confirmed orders before 8:00PM (GMT+8) will be shipped the next working day.

Metro Manila

  • Your package may take 1-2 business days for it to be delivered to you. (LBC Express)

Provincial

  • Your package may take 2 to 4 business days for it to be delivered to you. (LBC Express)

Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila)

  • Orders placed before 11am will be delivered same day from Mondays to Saturdays. Orders beyond 11am will be delivered the next day. Not yet available for cash-on-delivery. Please reach out to seller and rider for more accurate delivery time. Flat rate 199pesos. Delivery is via third-party couriers: Grab Express/ Lalamove/ Borzo
  • We allow a 7-day return and exchange starting from the date the package was received provided that returned items must comply with our return and exchange policy:
  • Item must be sent back to our head office for quality checking which may take 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of your package. Customers will be notified via message should we need additional information or questions before processing the return and exchange.
  • Item must be in its original unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and undamaged condition, complete with packaging, and all tags and labels attached. 
  • All additional costs incurred during the return and exchange process such as shipping fees, duties and taxes, and other charges shall be paid for by the customer.
  • Polo Loco Wearing Apparel Manufacturing reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
  • We do not issue refunds. Instead, the customer shall be entitled to a replacement to another size or store credit equivalent to the returning product.
Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all products and any related service made on www.pololocomnl.com (the “Website”). By placing an order or engaging into any form of transaction through the Website or via Facebook or Instagram, you agree to be bound by, and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Polo Loco Manila, a trade name of Pololoco Wearing Apparel Manufacturing, a registered business in Manila, Philippines, without prior notice at any given time.

Product Information

All products displayed are available on the Website. Product information on the Website is subject to change without prior notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Polo Loco reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any inaccuracies including after an order has been submitted.  While we have made every effort to display the colors and details of our products on the Website, the colors will still depend on the monitor or device used. 

Product Orders

All orders are subject to the acceptance of the company and its product availability. 

All orders are placed through the Website. 

Polo Loco reserves the right to decline orders should the company deem the transaction to be malicious or if there are any discrepancies found. 

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

Price of each product is presented on the shop page, product page and checkout prior to the completion of the order.
